Dr Mew explains each exercise well, but it's not straightforward which to master first or how long or how often to practice. Since it's unclear, it's not simple to incorporate into everyday. Additionally, exercises are often mentioned in videos of other exercises which can make it confusing to navigate. For example, it took me a month to find the video "valsalva switch" mentioned in the introduction as it's in the expert section (one of the last videos on the app.

I would love to give a positive review as I highly regard Dr Mew's work. However, the way the app is built is misleading. It is free to download, then you are asked to create an account (taking your personal data), asks you to take photos of your face and only as the last step are you shown a screen where you can select 3-day trial with an elusive membership plan. I say "elusive" as the options are "Free/month" or "Free/year". I hope this is fixed.

Disappointing experience with this app. You'll be asked some questions and to take photos of yourself, after which you have to input your payment details to continue. It's advertised as offering a three-day trial, but you can't proceed without providing payment details. What's most outrageous is that you can't even see the cost of using this app! They offer options for monthly or yearly payments, but there's no information about the prices. I'm truly disappointed that I downloaded this app.
