Worst telemedicine app ever. Slow and laggy. Buttons don't work sometimes. Doesn't email you the mc or bill and you can't check because the app isn't functioning properly. Worst app to use, especially when you're already sick and frustrated.

Have you ever tried to debug your application before publishing? Sometimes it's a great idea! Or are you aliens with completely different idea of usability? Please, make the app the way that Human could use it. NRIC number scan doesn't work. After entering information, I am at the same place without any information saved. Filled one field, the information from previously filled one became missing.

I've booked a video consultation today 8am but I did not received any call at all. It seems that the video call function have a problem and I need to re-book again. Waste of my time.
