Mi carpeta Ciudadana Description
The Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital puts at your disposal the App Mi carpeta Ciudadana, which makes it easier for citizens to relate to Public Administrations in a simple and agile way from a single place.
With Mi carpeta Ciudadana you will have, in an aggregated form, your personal information and your procedures carried out with different Public Administrations.
The main features and functionalities that you will find in the Mi carpeta Ciudadana app are the following:
Home page. It includes the notice (and number) of pending electronic notifications and connects with the Dirección Electrónica Habilitada Única (DEHú). In addition, it offers you a summary of your personal situation, which you can customize with your favorite data, a summary of notices and calendar appointments; and, lastly, direct access to your last accessed services and documents generated.
Calendar, to display your alerts regarding pending procedures with the Administration (DNI expirations, their electronic certificates, Passport, Driving License, ITVs) and your previous appointments with different administrations such as for the issuance of documentation by the Dirección General de la Policía (DNI, Passport, TIE), immigration appointments, a large number of registration assistance offices of various ministries, all government delegations and sub-delegations, civil registries and judicial offices, and other agencies that will be gradually incorporating.
My folder, which gives you access to:
- My data. Consultation of personal data from different state, regional and local administrations such as: social benefits (paternity, maternity, retirement, minimum living income, etc.), real estate, driving license points, vehicles and ITVs, university and non-university degrees, absence of criminal records, large family status and disability, census registration, college tuition, etc. In addition to the queries, in the cases agreed with the competent body, this data can be downloaded in PDF format or in QR format to a device wallet. This section will be constantly growing.
- My Documents. From this new section, you will be able to directly access all the documents that you have previously generated from the My data section. These documents can be shared via a link, and you can check the number of accesses that have been registered. You can also delete these documents at any time.
- My Files. Consultation of your open files in different Public Administrations. It is currently connected with most of the agencies of the General State Administration and with 11 Autonomous Communities already adhered.
Configuration of the application, to establish preferences, including the management of a personal photo and notices by email and mobile notifications, both of appointments, and alerts due to expiration of documentation (ID, passport, driving ) and ITVs. You can access your space in mi carpeta ciudadana safely using the credentials of the Cl@ve platform, https://clave.gob.es, used in the electronic public services of most Spanish public administrations.
