mia - München Klinik GmbH Description
The München Klinik gGmbH (MüK) offers employees a social intranet as an app primarily for business communication.
The mia APP makes it easier to share information and collaborate on a daily basis. Using the mia APP, employees have a variety of opportunities to express themselves and share their ideas, suggestions and opinions, e.g. by creating their own posts or making comments on other posts.
Only employees of München Klinik gGmbH and its subsidiaries are authorized to use it. The use of the APP is regulated by the operating agreement “BV_Social-Intranet-Haiilo”.
Functions of the APP: Provision of information (group communication), interactive collaboration (collaboration) as well as networking and information between employees with the following offers/options.
- Edit documents, libraries, lists
- Wiki, blog, forum enable easy knowledge building, e.g. FAQs/bulletin board/“Search Bid” functions
- Digital collaboration in networks & work groups, e.g. participating in groups, exchanging best practices, quickly coordinating appointments
- PC-independent access, via desktop & APP
- Comment function and timeline, e.g. share knowledge, give tips, get help, point out topics
- Enable personal participation, e.g. queries, simple coordination on issues such as appointments
- Create and use digital forms, e.g. orders or applications
