The Information System "Virtual Attention Center - My CAV" is a project that was born within the framework of catalysts 2020; led by the Directorate of Services and Care, the Planning Directorate, the Protection Directorate and the Information and Technology Directorate of the ICBF, which as a state entity seeks to respond with innovative public management practices, combining creativity and collaboration to serve the new challenges of the administration and generate new solutions, from the inclusion of technology that is an enabler to a new technological culture based on industry 4.0 models
