Client application for the restaurant operation system e-Bar (my.e-bar.mk). It can be used as a main point of sale terminal, kitchen/bar order taker and as a client for waiters and management (auxiliary devices). It is possible to synchronize in real time with a server as well as with all other devices connected to a network, without the need for Internet access, it also works smoothly at times when there is no network connection (up to 7 days for a main terminal, until the end of the working day for auxiliary devices). Access to parameters such as: raw materials, products, standards, menus, employees, warehouses, sales points, table layout, etc.
Order Management Functionalities (Point of Sale Terminal, Auxiliary Terminal/Client for Waiter and Management):
- Overview of receipts by tables and special categories (takeaway, staff, reservations), with information about waiters, incl. amount, time..
- Making a new order in an existing account or by creating a new account
- Selecting options for products, adjusting an existing standard according to the user's wishes, adding accessories to a specific order, as well as placing a comment.
- Setting the customer/user and account discount, and selecting the order type.
- Multiple accounts on one table.
- Reservations with orders and their automatic activation at a given time.
- Splitting a bill, transferring a bill to another waiter, transferring a bill to another table, merging two or more bills.
- Section for keeping orders for personnel
- Overview of all issued invoices and reversal option
- Discharge of waiters.
Functions for receiving orders in the kitchen/bar:
- View orders by time and status: all, all not completed, last 30 min
- Acceptance and rejection (by entering a comment) of an order/s
When used as the main point-of-sale terminal, the application can be used by any employee, with the user interface automatically adapting based on the permissions of the logged-in user. In this mode, the following functionalities are enabled:
- Connection to a fiscal device (USB, RS232, wifi/ethernet, bluetooth). Supported devices: Accent FP550/FP700, David FP/FX1200/FX1300.
- Work with fiscal: money entry/exit, control report, daily closing, time setting, tax group setting (auto)
- Connecting to a thermal printer (USB, RS232, wifi/ethernet, bluetooth) and setting parameters for markers. All devices that support the standard ESC/POS protocol are supported.
- Automatic detection of problems when connecting a fiscal and thermal printer.
- Login of employees with a unique code.
- Connecting an RFID reader for employee login.
When the application is used as an auxiliary point-of-sale terminal or a waiter/management client, it enables the same functionalities as the main terminal, except for working with a fiscal device, which is only enabled on the device to which that fiscal device is connected. Printing of fiscal receipts is performed automatically through the main terminal immediately after closing the account with orders, regardless of which device it was done.
To access the application, you need to create an account at https://my.eBar.mk and create a restaurant, or someone can add you as an employee. All other functionalities such as material and financial records, reports, detailed settings, etc. are enabled via the web.
