Movitek Condomínio Inteligente Description
In order to use the application, the condominium must be a customer of MOVITEK AUTONOMOUS OR VIRTUAL GATEWAY, check with the Manager of your building.
The MOVITEK application is a solution aimed at condominiums that contract the Remote Concierge service with MOVITEK and that seek to optimize security, streamline visitor access, communication and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the condominium access control system made by GRUPO MOVITEK
You can receive several alerts and messages such as:
- Your remote control battery is low.
- Messages from the manager, janitor and doorman.
You can also query:
- Consultation of entry and exit. Ex: Know what time your child arrived from school.
- Reports of visitors and visits
- Reports of internal occurrences
- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
- Reservations for common areas (Barbecue, Ballroom, etc. (If enabled for your condominium)

- Activation of panic by the application.
- Registration of Visitors to your unit
- Vehicle Registration
- Updating Personal Data
