Music Interval App Pro Description
Music Interval App Pro is a pro version of the existing Music Interval App which has a variety of professional content added to it.
👂 Interval Ear Training
Interval Ear Training generally involves listening to the sound of an interval and writing it on the score. We have created app functions which allow you to notate intervals using this method.
In this app, you can practice interval ear training using a range of options such as melodic interval, harmonic interval, relative pitch and absolute pitch.
If you select the melodic interval option, you will listen to the sound of the interval of two notes playing in sequence.
If you select the harmonic interval option, you will listen to the interval of two notes playing at the same time.
If you select the relative pitch option, you just notate the second tone of the interval because the first tone is already written on the score. But if you select the harmonic interval option, you must notate both notes on the score.
Try it for improving your sense of pitch, using a range of options that’s best for you.
Absolute Pitch: The ability to listen to a note and find its pitch intuitively without reference to another note.
Relative Pitch: The ability to listen to a note and find its pitch from its relation to another note.
📏 Measuring intervals
Measuring the interval is straightforward in this app. If you change the height of the note, the interval is automatically measured.
Measuring the interval is available in measuring intervals I or measuring intervals II in this app. In measuring intervals I, you will see a single staff and a keyboard. Through the keyboard, you can study intervals in a more systematic way because the two notes of the interval are displayed on the keyboard.
In measuring intervals II, you will see a grand staff that allows you to measure intervals on two different clefs. And additionally, Users can easily change clef by tapping the clef on the score.
📝 Interval Test
Once you become more familiar with music intervals, try solving some interval questions. Interval questions are asked in interval test I or Interval test II in this app.
In interval test I, you can answer simple interval questions on a single staff. Especially it provides users with the keyboard. So, users can answer the questions easily by counting the semitones of the two notes on the keys.
In interval test II, you can answer compound interval questions on a grand staff. In this menu, the interval questions are asked on two different clefs, So it has a higher difficulty level than Interval Test I.
🎤 Interval Sight Singing
If you press the play button on the measuring intervals menu, you can listen to the sound of the interval. Through this feature, you can practice interval sight singing. Please refer to the sight singing video in this app for details.
