Residents of Grand Prairie, Texas, can use the My GPTX app to quickly report issues to city staff (potholes, graffiti, street light outages, etc.), track service requests, look up neighborhood info (trash and recycling routes, watering days, nearest park, council district, voter precinct, etc.), access phone/email list for departments and services, search city website, read latest city news and more.

If reporting an emergency, residents should dial 911 for immediate assistance.

It's been months since I report the app crashes when adding a photo and it still has the same issue. Reading some of the reviews this problem is over a year old. Shame reallly, this app has such a potential of becoming a powerful tool for the city of Grand Prairie.

not impressed, and the only way to get alerts was to load that useless Blackboard, no matter what link I tried. I'll use DFW Scanner.
