My Journey is a digital platform that aims to support people with mental disorders in their health journey.
It offers features such as symptom tracking, tracking progress, access to mental health information and educational resources, connecting with healthcare professionals and the supportive community, and more.
The aim is to provide more convenient and personalized access to mental health care, helping to improve well-being and control over the condition.
With the accompaniment of a professional, personalized therapeutic activities are created to meet your needs and goals. In the meantime, base activities may be available to start interacting with the application.
Indicated for people with SUD (Substance Use Disorder), AUT (Alcohol Use Disorder), Codependency, Smoking, GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) Depressive Disorders, Bipolarity, Borderline and ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorders).
