My Jump Lab uses the advanced sensors of your device to measure performance in a validated and simple way, without the need of any additional accessory. For example, My Lift now include an advanced AI method that allows to measure barbell velocity in real time just with your camera!
With My Jump Lab you can measure more than 30 tests including vertical jumps, real-time barbell velocity (VBT), 40yrd dash, runs, sprints or changes of direction with accuracy comparable to expensive lab equipment - scientifically proven!
