This provider is so bad. The connection often interrupted or simply go off randomly. Not recommended for working purposes. The packages offered doesn't justify the service. You will probably experience lagging and troubles despite you bought 100 megabit package only for yourself.

The worst internet I've ever used, I often ask the iconnet officer, the answer is "it's having problems again, bro." After a month of interruptions, after installing it, it's lagging, it's not playing, even though it's just the two of us at home, but ouch, at least it's fixed, the network is PLN.

This rating is for the officer and the internet service not the application. Overall the application works as expected. Eventhough, my internet issue report is not responded well. I tried to make report through whatsapp, but it's only bot answering me. We can no longer use live agent feature in whatsapp.
