MyRescue Premium Description
To start get your subscription at: https://www.myrescue.ke
Once your subscription is approved you will receive an email with login instructions for your account, use those login credentials to login to MyRescue Premium app.
Step 1:
Login to the app.
Step 2:
Click the (+) icon to request for a rescue response. Fill in your details correctly, where details of delivery address are required i.e phone and name insert your own details and proceed until the order placement page, then place your order. Be sure to download your invoice.
Step 3:
Wait for a vendor performing the concerned rescue to be assigned automatically, upon confirmation they'll be on their way to rescue you. Be sure to text them within the app or call them direct using your airtime balance.
For Vendors:
Step 1: Contact MyRescue to register your account, you will be sent login credentials at your email for logging into MyRescue Premium app.
Step 2: Upon login, the app will request for your location permission, be sure to allow this.
Step 3: You will receive rescue requests from nearby customers, accept by clicking the "Accept" button to accept the request, you can also give the customer a direct call before accepting for confirmation. You can also click on the rescue request and scroll down where you can see the message icon, you can click it to chat with the customer to get more information as well besides calling them.
Step 4: Once accepted you can then open the tracker under the "accepted" tab to start the journey to the client. Once you arrive, mark arrived and shift to the "arrived" tab to start the rescue by hitting on the "Pickup" button.
Step 5: Complete the pickup, upon completion if the app asks you for an OTP to verify that the rescue for the customer has been completed successfully, be sure to ask the customer to give you that OTP it is right in their app.
