Comments about mySolarEdge Android Version

Currenrly, I am unable to see an accurate "Current Production Rate" Thus it is useless for monitoring the system in real time. The new version is much less functional than the previous one that I had rated as exceptionally good. No longer able to zoom and stretch the daily graph. Generally poor presentation of current day total production. Previous version: This app is well designed, easy to use, and stable. I monitor my system from wherever I am anywhere that I have web access.

To be fair, I find this app to be very useful. The problems I have are as follows: 1. Does not notify you when a system error occurs. You must id issues through continuous self monitoring of the graphs and battery status. 2. You can not set the Battery reserve as shown in the app info. Mine keeps resetting itself to 100% and the OEM must then change it back to what I want. This is a painful process. 3. Storm Guard is always late to the game and never charges the batteries from the grid.

This app has so many glitches. I haven't been able to view my production for 2 days. I wish there was an alternative. Update: we are 13 days since I wrote this review, and it will not update yet again! I can not view my production. Terrible app. Yes, I've done the trouble shooting and uninstalled, re installed the app. So frustrating Update: well, I had to delete some of my original updated posts to add this, but, they finally fixed this app! I don't know what they did to it in Jan, but it works
