MY WORD! is a word-guessing game that you can play by yourself, against an AI, or with another person. No matter which version you play the game proceeds by a series of guesses coupled with logical reasoning. In a SOLO game, it’s just you trying to guess a 5-letter word (with no repeating letters) that’s been selected by the AI. In a two-player game, each player is on a race to determine which letters make up the Secret Word of their competitor; each player can choose their own Secret Word or select one of four suggested words. The first one to guess the word gets the victory – unless it’s your turn – then you can tie with your last guess!
It takes just a few minutes to learn, but once you start, you can’t stop! (For an in-depth dive into game play check out the MY WORD! TUTORIAL.)
Developed with love. Half of all profits go to charitable causes! <3
Personal Note: I’ve been playing this game on paper since Junior High School and have introduced it to dozens of friends. It’s been my dream to make a robust digital version of it available to more people wo can share in the joy of word play and experience the satisfaction of unearthing the Secret Word.
More info, screenshots, testimonials and docs can be found at the official website: www.bobsmyword.com.
If you have any questions, errata to report (e.g. a word that you think should be in the Dictionary), or suggestions for making My Word! even better, drop me a line at bobsmyword@gmail.com.
