Neerly is a different kind of social media, one that complements your life rather than becoming the focus of it. You can still share your thoughts and ideas (or photos of a great meal), only now they gain the context of the real world.

Using Neerly, you can "tag" places with messages and photos. Unlike traditional social media posts, Neerly tags are tied to the specific place were you post them, and they are only visible to other users while they are in that location. You can interact using tags in many familiar ways - mentions, hashtags, replies, likes, etc.

Want to share your experiences more privately? Tags can be locked, which makes them only visible to other users with the correct key in their encrypted keyring, and mentions can be made private, which establishes a private conversation between you and whoever is mentioned.

Neerly is a Progressive Web App (PWA), so you can enjoy the same functionality from any device with a standard web browser, or install it from the App Store for a more native experience.
