A story that anthropomorphizes dozens of trillions of cells (mainly cells of the immune system) that work 24/7 in a certain "human" body. This is a complete story of episodes 1 and 2, and depicts the daily lives of cells in the form of a crowd drama, centered on the new red blood cells "AE3803" and white blood cells "U-1146".
As a media mix, multiple spin-off manga supervised by the original author are serialized in Kodansha magazines, and animation has been produced since 2018.
