만다라트,mandalArt,계획표 Description
A visual tool developed by Akihiro Matshita in Japan that uses an 8x8 grid for organizing and analyzing different ideas and perspectives.
The purpose of mandala charts is to clarify individual or organizational goals and visions, plan strategies, and organize diverse ideas and information. Mandala charts are created in the following way.
1. Establish a central theme:
Write a topic or goal in the center of the chart.
This is the reference point for creating charts,
Based on its relationship to other elements in the chart.
2. Set up sub-topics:
8 sub-themes related to the central theme were identified,
Fill each subtopic into the eight inner grids of the chart.
This allows you to capture different perspectives related to a central theme.
3. Generate detailed ideas:
For each subtopic, eight associated ideas are drawn and plotted on the outer grid of the chart.
This brings us to a total of 64 ideas.
4. Chart review and cleanup:
Review the charts you have created, derive important ideas and insights,
You may find improvements.
In the process, you may redefine your goals and strategies or add new ideas.
Mandala charts can be used in a variety of situations, including creative thinking and problem solving, strategic planning, and time management.
This tool allows you to break down complex problems and
Ideas can be derived and organized from a variety of perspectives.
