Nonogram Square Description

Nonograms, also known as Paint by Numbers, Picross, Griddlers, Pic-a-Pix, kenken, kakuro, pictogram, numbrix, shikaku, nurikabe and various other names, are picture logic puzzles in which cells in a grid must be colored or left blank according to numbers at the side of the grid to reveal a hidden picture. In this puzzle type, the numbers are a form of discrete tomography that measures how many unbroken lines of filled-in squares there are in any given row or column. For example, a clue of "4 8 3" would mean there are sets of four, eight, and three filled squares, in that order, with at least one blank square between successive sets.

the "three mistakes, you're out" system is really really bad, frustrating and infuriating. in the larger puzzels you can lose an hour worth of solving because of a marginally bad touch. sorry, not what i understand by "relaxing" or even "playing".

This latest update has just wiped all my progress. Not happy as its hours of game time gone, it'll be a long time before I play this app again now. If ever.

I love this app. Been playing it since it came out way back when and I reset it everytime I fill all the puzzles. Original review 4/13/20 UPDATE from 5/28/23: I just really wish that this app was updated with puzzles more often. I find myself not liking the other options for this particular game. :(
