Norte Ticket Scan Description
No more long lines to access your event.
Norte Ticket Scan uses the camera of your iPhone or iPod Touch to scan the QR codes of the tickets sold on your portal. Scan both the e-ticket format, mobile ticket, and the paper ticket.

- Ticket validation using the camera as a scanner. Simple.
- Attendee counter, updated at all times.
- Manual validation. Possibility of searching for the client. Very useful when someone forgets or loses their ticket.

To make reading the QR codes faster, it is advisable to keep the ticket stable and at about 15 cm. of the camera, trying to have the QR code located in the center of the screen.
Remember that Norte Ticket Scan is an application that uses your iPhone/Ipod battery very intensively. We recommend that you bring your device fully charged on the day of the event.
Once you have published your event on your portal, validation with Norte Ticket Scan will be enabled one week before the start of the event. You can configure validation on your iPhone or iPod Touch device directly from your portal administrator
