NOVO Linen Assistant Description
Linen Assistant is designed as an added value function of ABSSolute. Set up each app user to access one or many customer accounts. Per customer enter linen stock counts and/or orders per department consumption point and upload to ABSSolute to create delivery variations that will be processed in to packing notes.
Use the reallocate function to transfer and track on-site inventory usage. When a consumption point is running low on a particular product select an over stocked location and take the stock you need. Enter the quantity you are reallocating between locations. Using ABSSolute you can report the end user of the product to allocate invoice costs to the correct consumption point and keep an eye on usage to determine if stock levels require a permanent de/increase.
When products are UHF tagged and a mobile UHF reader is linked to the app powerful features become available. Save time by scanning stock to record stock counts instead of manually counting, Scan products to see in real time, the length of time products have been on site. Now you can prove to the customer with real time data shown on screen when products are permanently over stocked. Furthermore, scan tagged items as they are delivered to confirm delivery quantities are correct. In reverse also scan soiled items sent back to the laundry to build up a full picture of each items location and history.
