Novus Guard Description
NovusGuard is an all-in-one Workforce Management app that ensures Physical Safety (Lone Work Protection) along with Fleet Tracking, Geo Fencing and Geo Tagging.
* Physical Safety (Lone Worker Protection):
Ideal for lone workers this feature allows you to be tracked during a session. Your physical safety is of utmost importance whether you have an active Internet or not. You can raise alarms (SOS) when you need help. Automated alarms (SOS) are raised when you miss an expected response – such as when you miss to book off at the end of a session.
Alarms (SOS) are processed by your employer’s control room and/or Alarm Receiving Centers (ARCs) and help is dispatched as needed.
a) Physical Safety – Online Mode
When app has an active Internet connectivity, SOS emergency alerts are raised using the Internet.
b) Physical Safety – Offline Mode
When app is running on offline mode with no Internet access, specially crafted SMS signals are sent to ARC raising an SOS. In offline mode you can also Book ON, Book OFF or cancel an active SOS in which cases specially crafted SMS signals are sent to ARC.
* Workforce Management:
You can create jobs by yourself OR execute jobs created by your employer – whichever suits your case; Track your working hours; Record your availability.
* Fleet Tracking:
Take a trip using designated vehicles and your trip will be tracked during the session. Your driver behavior elements such as over speeding will be monitored by the control room.
* Geo Fencing:
Automated alarms will be triggered when you enter or exit designated geo fenced areas.
* Geo Tagging:
You can take photos, record voice memos etc - all of which will be automatically geo tagged and sent to designated recipients.
