- BUMBUM workout for thighs, buttocks, abductors with shin pads and elastic bands;
- ABDOMINALS training for the Abdominal with loads;
- TRUNK AND ARMS training for back, chest, arms and shoulders;
- STEP aerobic training with step;
- HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING training with intense aerobic exercises only with body weight;
- BAR AND DISCS workout for the whole body with barbell and discs;
- STRETCHING Stretching training, flexibility, balance, mobility only with body weight;
- BODY CONTROL training for the core, body correction, control, balance only with body weight;
