On Deck Description
On Deck Performance Training is an app designed for individualized personal training. Many athletes may not be able to afford in-person personal training, or their schedules may not allow. On Deck PT allows clients to have a very individualized program that they can use around their schedule any place they need. We strive to help athletes reach their maximal potential for whichever sport they are playing. Our programs include warm-ups designed to address mobility, specific muscle weakness, injury prevention, and/or corrective exercises while the main portion of each training session is designed to ultimately enhance performance whether that's pitching or playing pick-up basketball for the weekend warrior.
