One Punch Workout Description
One Punch Workout is a simple but difficult workout routine based on Saitama's daily routine in One Punch Man. It consists of these four daily exercises:
-100 Push Ups
-100 Sit Ups
-100 Squats
-10 KM Run
This workout can be challenging to do in one sitting, so you can use this app in order to track your progress over the course of the day. You can also generate timed workouts, and customize the One Punch Workout to make it more challenging or add/change exercises. This app has no full screen ads and no in app purchases.
