ONEX is a Fintech company that designs and develops innovative products & solutions to improve the quality of life for people in South Africa and Africa. Through digitization, we are re-engineering manual processes and replacing with automation. This will make life and communication for everyone simpler, easier & safer.
We are creating one digital platform, “ONEX” also known as the Super-App of Africa, a place where everybody seamlessly connects and transacts with their public and private sector businesses. This Super-App gives citizens access to a multitude of services, saving them time, money, and ability to share relevant information within a controlled environment, in real-time.
We have more than 30 solutions, each one solving real-time problems and according to our roadmap, we aim to release one module every quarter.
March 2023 release:
‘Help Me Please’, is the first module that has been released for free public use. This is an informational module only, and it provides emergency contact details with several other benefits. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we would like to help in reducing crime & violence. This free module will hopefully help in creating safer communities.
We recommend that everyone downloads it as it provides very informative and useful information.

CCSS: Councillor Citizens Support Services
Citizens Councillor Support Services, also referred to as CCSS is a platform that enables Citizens to log their community issues with their locally elected ward councillors. Communications is important and it is the responsibility of a councillor to address their community issues by acting/responding all queries they receive.
