ONScripter Yuri Description

This an enhancement of nscripter emulator, based on ONScripter-jh, with SDL2 features.

Highlights:
Support stretch fullscreen, hide navigation bar
Support external SDcard by SAF
Support both sjis and gbk encoding.
Support gles2 hardware sharpness.
Support lua script and lua animation.
Support video by invoke system video player

Usage:
1. Game Directory
use SAF to select ons game folder or put them into the scoped storage like
/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.yuri.onscripter/files
/storage/XXXX-XXXX/0/Android/data/com.yuri.onscripter/files

2. Game Setting
Setting game parameter like `strech fullscreen`

3. Game Gesture
[long click/3 fingers] to invoke menu
[4 fingers] to skip text
