OPEN IT LUCCA Description
Specifically, the App allows you to track and monitor waste disposal for the individual user for computerized roadside containers.
The data collected with the IT system allows us to statistically evaluate user behavior in the different areas, to optimize the distribution and emptying of containers, to improve management and therefore enhance the entire service for users.
How to register on the App for users: it will be sufficient to enter the "username" and password, have a valid e-mail address and/or mobile phone number and accept the regulations for the processing of personal data. To activate the identification service at the containers and display the contributions, the system will proceed with a verification of the user's email and/or mobile phone.
Functions available in the App:
- Opening containers: the user can dispose of waste by identifying themselves with the app
- Viewing of material delivery:
the user can control the provision of their materials differentiated by type of material and period (last 30 days, last 60 days, from the beginning of the year...)
The data can be consulted in a list by viewing the date and place of the provision or represented on graphs.
