OpenEyes Survey is an online survey and data collection app for gathering user feedback and conducting market research. This clean and efficient mobile app lets you administer 7 different question formats that are commonly used for gathering user responses and feedback. Once the basic survey is created on the web application, users can take the survey via OpenEyes Survey mobile app.
Users can build survey forms in different ways, ranging from multiple choice, simple text descriptive, give your rating, etc., on their web dashboard. Users also have the option to give the survey with or without registering themselves. Once a user is registered, they can also manage their profile on the go.
Access level permissions to the users where they can be redirected to web analytics site to view the results, or to attempt the survey more than once. In our web survey builder dashboard, the admin can edit, delete, add the questions and add the organization logo while creating the survey.
