Submit your vacation while you are out on the train, read the latest company news in the queue at the cash register or check the new wage slip from the comfort of your sofa - "Orizon connect" makes it possible and gives its users one thing above all else: time.
Processes can be handled quickly and conveniently, regardless of office or opening times.
Currently available functionalities for employees:
- Digital application of vacation requests & flextime
In the future, employees will be offered the following services in the app when working with customers:
- Time tracking
- Simple search for the responsible Orizon contact person and the nearest branch
- Master data changes
- Document management (pay slips, certificates, etc.)
- Employees Recruit Employees
- "Sign" or take note of declarations of consent, instructions for use, additional documents to the employment contract
- News area, current information
- Participation in surveys, competitions
This not only eliminates long journeys to the respective local branch or time-consuming phone calls for employees - paper consumption on both sides is also massively reduced through the digitalization of individual processes.
The "Orizon Connect" app, which is provided free of charge, offers its users full transparency and a high level of user-friendliness at all times with the services offered. Of course, data protection has top priority. Third party advertising will not be allowed.
