PAR Security and Benefits
1. Data is backed up on the device.
2. Company archive contains the necessary data for monthly and annual accounting such as payment account, insurance, tax and local tax number.
3. Personnel archives includes optional agreement for payment in kind, overtime lump sum (all-in contracts) and type of calculation for holiday and continued payment entitlements as well as number of children adjustment.
4. Monthly statement forms contains optional data transfer from the personnel archive such as number of children, remuneration, lump sums and benefits in kind; and all confirmed computer data, which can be accepted or deleted as required. Increasing or adjusting the charges or children can be done in the archive or at the accounting period.
5. In the case of sub-periodic registrations, for the first fee and the special payments of the year, partial payments are automatically calculated and passed on to the input form for the monthly statement, which can be accepted or changed.
6.
