ICER is a non-profit institution dedicated to education and communication, founded in 1973 under the inspiration of the Jesuit priest Franz Tattenbach.
Education is offered to young people and adults who for economic, social, geographical, cultural, age, disability or gender reasons have not accessed formal education or have abandoned it; Likewise, the communication of rural and indigenous communities is facilitated, through a network of fifteen cultural stations located throughout our country.
