Pipeline ESP is an app to aide the various stakeholders in pipeline construction projects understand where their pipeline projects construction costs may fall within the bounds of an initial concept screening cost range. The range is based on AACEI guidelines of -20% to -50% on the low end and +30% to +100% on the high end. The indicative concept screening cost is based on aggregated historical construction costs from multiple pipeline projects. As the generated indicative cost is only an initial concept screening estimate it is important that an experienced construction team is engaged to improve accuracy and narrow this uncertainty range.
