The PIYF App allows you to easily navigate through your daily workouts. You can easily repeat a day or complete a different day depending on your needs or circumstances. Swap out an exercise you don’t like, or don’t have the equipment for.
I take you through each exercise with a video and instructions on how to perform the exercise, the desired reps/weights and rest. Record you reps/weights in the app – no more need for paper and a pen to track your progress! Each week builds on the previous week, allowing you to hit your goals.
I have also built a module where you can create your own workout by choosing from hundreds of exercises in the library, filtered by specific body focus: “PIYF : MY WAY”
Nutrition and macro-calculator
I have built a macro-calculator within the app which personalises your meal plans to your goal. This can be adjusted at any stage throughout your journey, as your weight increases or decreases.
The macro-calculator links through to personalise your meal plans and shopping list (within about 200 kcals).
