Plyomat 2.0 Description
This app is for the use of Plyomat Controller 2.0 via bluetooth to display the measurements, adjust the settings, perform assessments, and record assessment data.
Display - Toggle between Free mode, Contact mode, Vertical mode, and RSI mode to control and display measurements in any of the mentioned modes. Free mode provides Flight time and Contact time, Contact mode provides contact time only, Vertical mode provides jump height only, and RSI mode provides Reactive Strength Index metric (FT/CT) in addition to contact time and jump height values.
Timer - Feature that allows user to turn the controller and switch mat into a stop watch that can start and stop on contact (and release) on the mat.
Assessment - Page dedicated to formal Plyometric assessments such as 10/5 RSI and other industry standard tests. Users can create and edit custom assessments in addition to the 4 default assessments. Data can be saved by athlete name/id for access later through review page. Quadrant graph is also displayed immediately following assessment result.
Review - Access stored assessment data that was saved by the user and is organized by athlete name/id, test name, and date. Users can export all data via csv file through email, file uplaod, or other options.
