PMCare Description

PMCare is a mobile service that enables Members to access their medical program anytime and anywhere through a Wi-Fi source or mobile network.

Members can carry out the following tasks:-

1. To access Member's profile information.
2. To access and request Member’s utilization information.
3. To find the nearest provider and ambulance location nationwide.
4. To request Guarantee Letters.
5. To request Personal Claim.
6. To request Long Term Medication.
7. To use our utility module Vibrant Living for wellness.

In order to make our application properly up and running, please check and follow as below:

1) Have a good internet connection (by tel-co mobile network or WiFi or VPN connection)
* for WiFi / VPN connection must not block inbound or outbound access by your company.

2) Have supported mobile phone model:

a) Android version 8.0 (Oreo) and above
b) Screen size 5 inch and above

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background may dramatically decrease battery life.

What is an XAPK file, and what should I do if the PMCare I downloaded is an XAPK file?

A file with .xapk extension is a compressed package file. It is a container file format that incorporates APK and additional associated files required for the installation. The XAPK format was introduced to package the APK file and OBB file together for a seamless delivery and installation process. XAPK format can help reduce the package size of application. On mobile phones, users need to install the XAPK installer first, and then install XAPK files through that installer. You can find the installer here:https://apkcombo.com/how-to-install/. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.

Can I play PMCare on my computer?

Yes, you can play PMCare on your computer by installing LDPlayer, an Android emulator. After installing LDPlayer, simply drag and drop the downloaded APK file into the emulator to start playing PMCare on PC. Alternatively, you can open the emulator, search for the game or app you want to play, and install it from there.
