Poke is a dish that offers many advantages. Some of them are its versatility (you can customize it to your liking), its nutritional contribution, the speed and ease of its preparation and that it looks great in the photos.

Its preparation is simple, but if you give free rein to your ingenuity, it is a most creative dish.

Prepare a bowl to serve the ingredients, cook a base of rice or quinoa -you can mix both- or bet on a mixture of lettuce for a lower calorie intake. If you choose a fish poke, cut it into previously washed cubes and let it macerate for a few hours.

If you prefer a vegan option, arrange the vegetables in the bowl however you like.
