When you order…
... the delivery time we'll give you takes into account the time necessary to prepare and deliver your pizza, also based on the commitments already made with other customers. We will do our best to deliver as soon as possible but, please, when ordering, do not insist on an "immediately" which we will not be able to respect later.
... remember to leave us a telephone number and to communicate the complete address of the floor, staircase, interior or other information necessary to find you easily.
... make sure the doorbell works, or let us know first!
... if you plan to pay with a banknote of 50.00 Euros or more, let us know: the delivery boys don't always have change for these denominations, but knowing in advance they will arrive equipped.
... one of our operators before closing the order for further confirmation will re-read the chosen pizzas and the delivery location with you, without your final confirmation the order will not be processed.
While you wait…
... we make punctuality one of our strengths. But unexpected events are always lurking on the street, just as we may (on the contrary) find less traffic than expected. For this reason, we ask you to consider a 15-minute tolerance before and after the scheduled delivery time.
... out of respect for those who will bring you pizza and then have to continue their rounds with other deliveries, we ask you to prepare first and keep the money for payment on hand.

When we arrive for delivery…
