Your yoga studio in the heart of Helsingør. The mission of Prana Flow is to create a home for you outside your home, where you can find a yoga class every day. We focus on yoga being fun, exploratory and playful. Whether you want to get a sweat on your forehead and your heart rate up, or you want to feel your body through the gentler forms of yoga, there is a team for you every week. At Prana Flow, it has been taken into account that your yoga practice must be flexible and able to fit into your everyday life. Therefore, on a daily basis, you can register for the teams that suit you.
Prana Flow Body and Psychotherapy
The form of therapy is an integrative approach, where both body and psyche are involved, as our wounds must both be understood and felt with the head and the body before we can achieve redemption. The body is one of our most important tools for understanding ourselves, and psychological imbalance often manifests itself as symptoms in the body in the form of e.g. stomachaches, headaches or other pains. By listening to our body and trusting it, we can get help to understand ourselves and our condition better.
We work creatively with the therapy, and in addition to conversation therapy and body therapy on a table, there will be, among other things, includes drawing therapy, poses, position work, trauma release via guided eye movements and dream work, all to clarify and explore the themes that unfold in life.
