In order to avoid overtraining and injuries and to be able to offer you effective training, you will only receive the activation of the PTPV app after a short check-up. We would like to enable everyone to train with the PTPV app, but it is important to us to do a quick check-up with you beforehand so that you get the best possible training.
Of course, if you have knee problems, you will get a completely different plan than if you have shoulder problems!

- What is your goal? Alleviate pain/imbalances, build muscle, define, burn fat, lose weight, stay fit,...
- What ailments and/or illnesses do you have?
- How often do you want to train? This way we can provide you with regular workouts
- What exercise equipment do you have at home? We can efficiently integrate these into your training plan if you wish
We will discuss everything else personally, as it would go beyond the scope.
Based on all your information, we will create your individual training plan tailored to your symptoms in order to achieve your goal!
FUNCTIONS:

- Training: Training sessions for home & studio
- Nutrition: counters for calories, carbohydrates and fats
WHAT MAKES THE PTPV APP SO SPECIAL:
- You will be assigned your own licensed personal trainer
- no general or automatically created training plans. Every person is individual and training should be just as individual
- Decide for yourself how much time you want to spend on which days. A workout doesn't always have to last 60 minutes. For example, to treat shortening from long periods of sitting, a short, intensive 5-minute stretching session is sufficient.
- Huge database of exercises: easy-to-understand training videos and written exercise instructions to avoid incorrect execution
- Face the challenges and make yourself unbeatable in the community
- If you have any questions, your personal trainer is available
