r10Bus Parent Description
r10Bus is a user-friendly parent app which is very simple and easy to use. It enables tracking of the school bus real time allowing parents to view the current location of their child. The app can be accessed only by parents who have a valid login and password allotted to them by their transport service provider.
Please make sure that your correct contact number and route details are updated by the transport service provider to ensure accurate tracking of your child's bus.
The following are some of the key features of r10Bus parent’s app:
- School bus attendance: The parent app allows you to view the complete school bus attendance of your children anytime from anywhere without having to contact the school admins. Now parents can also inform bus drivers about cancelled trips by marking kid's attendance as absent
on the parent app. This feature prevents drivers from unwanted waiting for the student at the designated stop and making unnecessary calls to parents.
- View scheduled route: Parents can view the scheduled route of the school bus and will be notified of any changes or updates in the scheduled route real time.
- Real-time location tracking: App allows you to track the real time location of your child’s school bus, thereby helping you to pick up your child at the right time.
- Pickup/drop reassignment: In case of relocation, the app allows you to change the pickup/drop address of your child without any challenges
- Effective communication: the app allows you to communicate with the school management and drivers easily.
- Notifications: r10Bus triggers notification with ETAs when the bus is nearing the stoppage point.
- Trip details: App allows you to view details of the driver and attendant for each trip. The app also enables parents to access the summary of daily and monthly trips easily.
