Rabbit's Desert Adventure Description
Rabbit the Dog, who stars in lots of books, wants to add "movie star" to her list of accomplishments. Her overactive imagination places Rabbit in a movie where she must overcome lots of dramatic challenges (but we suspect these scenes were shot with a stunt double). Along the way she collects small stars so that she can become the biggest star in all of Hollywood!
In this ‘movie’ Rabbit imagines that the living room and the furniture are a desert landscape full of obstacles. In the book Rabbit gets into some trouble for jumping on the furniture and from one piece to the next. Luckily, she did not get hurt in real life. In her imagination (this game), she must avoid classic Hollywood dangers: large boulders, spikes and saws, and pits.
I developed this game to help anyone who is preoccupied (e.g. putting groceries on the conveyor and paying for them) to keep a curious kid entertained for a few minutes. The simple controls allow Rabbit the Dog to jump or duck.
It is NOT a super easy game. We want some hand-eye coordination development here... There is always something being learned or developed at Grand Dude Studios.
