I recently opened account with RAK Bank. Although the branch operation was not superb, I am very happy with RAK Bank mobile. I found it to be feature-rich, convenient and user-friendly. It’s intuitive and easy to navigate. A standout feature is its built-in 2FA that provides an added level of security for transfers or change of key details, e.g. password. So even if someone were to gain access to your device, they would still be unable to perform any financial transactions. Very well done!

The chat is horrible! Sometimes you type a message it just freezes and doesn't respond, and won't save or let you send the message. Then you have to close the app which ends your chat session and needs you start queueing again, having to wait upto 30 minutes!! This has happened many times.Not just once or twice.

Most un user friendly app. Very difficult to navigate. Understanding statements are so difficult. Updated transactions are very difficult to read. Downloading existing or old statement is also so difficult. I have seen ADCB, Dubai first, citibank, Mashreq etc. But this is by far the worst app. They can really learn a lot from other apps.
