The group admin, responsible for managing communication, receives a notification whenever someone raises their hand. He then has the authority to grant the radio ham permission to talk. When allowing a participant to speak, the administrator clicks on a specific button to release the speech.

Once authorized, the radio amateur has the opportunity to express himself verbally, using the radio amateur or any other means of communication defined by the group. After your speech, the system administrator can click on a button to "Lower the Hand" of the participant, indicating that he finished his intervention.
