Redfish Maps Description
Topographic and imagery maps for thousands of outdoor recreation destinations. The maps are created specifically for mobile devices and are optimized for use "Off-the-Grid". The topographic maps are styled to be consistent with the familiar USGS series of topographic maps from the US National Map. No need to deal with quadrangles or PDF files.
The imagery maps are presented in a hybrid format with high-resolution imagery overlayed with minimal information such as place names,stream and lake names, trails and roads.
Features include smooth pan and zoom, real time GPS support, compass support including the ability to orient the map to north, take photos and videos from within the app with a geotag option, keep a journal with the ability to optionally geotag entries, off-line geographic name search, import GPX tracks, and highly customizable map annotations.
