Education was created and consolidated by the teacher and journalist Marco Antonio Araujo, who headed the magazine from 1997 to 2002. In 2003, journalist Gilberto Dimenstein was the magazine's editorial consultant. From 2002 until early 2005, the magazine was edited by Carolina Coast. From 2005 until the end of 2006, the professor and film critic Sergio Rizzo headed the newsroom. From 2007 until August 2011, journalist Ruben Barros was responsible for the issue of the magazine. The current publisher is the journalist Beatriz Rey.
