RIC Service Description

RIC Service allows you to automate the process of working on tasks for your project employees. The application helps to ensure convenient work for both performers and dispatchers. Task execution objects can be any IoT devices in any industries. For example, in transport monitoring, in network companies and resource-supplying organizations, management companies and homeowners associations, delivery services and courier services, manufacturing companies and others.

Performers receive a list of available tasks on their mobile application and can begin to complete them. During execution, users get access to objects and can manage them (send commands, check object indicators). Upon completion of the task, they must fill out a report: indicate the result, attach photos (if required), fill in the required fields and leave a comment.
