WHAT IS ROCHE MOBILE ORDERING?
Many laboratories still order products using time-consuming and error-prone manual
processes. This mobile application digitizes and integrates all these processes, allowing labs to order everything from reagents and calibrators to controls, and consumables without
using paper product lists, re-typing orders, or submitting orders via phone, fax or email.

Quickly find your products - Assign meaningful short names to all products and match
the sequence on the order list to how you store the products in your fridges and shelves.
Customizable ordering lists - Organize your product assortment into multiple order lists
and assign products to product groups. All customizable within the Lab configurator on Roche DiaLog.
SWITCH BETWEEN MAIN SECTIONS IN THE APP
Roche Mobile Ordering consists of three main sections:
- Products - where you browse your order lists and input the quantities to be ordered
- Check-out - where you review your order before submitting to Roche
- Orders - Complete order history with full transparency on order and delivery statuses
ORDERING PROCESS
The ordering process is so simple that it can easily be done by anybody in the laboratory.
(1) Select the products to be ordered: Order lists (tabs) and product groups (collapsible sections) help to organize the products in the same way as they are stored in the lab. Going from top to bottom in the list, put the required quantity into the quantity field and the product will later on be listed in the check-out summary.
(2) Review and submit the order in Check-out: Once finished with defining the quantities on the order lists, switch to the Check-out section by using the bottom navigation. Verify the order quantities and make adjustments if necessary. Select the checkbox and submit the order to Roche. You will receive a confirmation email and the new order will be visible in the ‚Orders‘ section.
GOODS RECEIVING
Roche Mobile Ordering also supports you during the goods receipt process.
(1) Look for the order and delivery: Upon receipt of the physical delivery, look for the corresponding order in the ‚Orders‘ section. You will be able to find the delivery that serves as a checklist to verify if all items have been delivered correctly.
(2) Store delivery: Once you have verified all items have been delivered correctly, the delivery can be marked as “stored”.
