Use the S button to enter fractions. Romans Numerals allow for 12ths.
No concept of zero or negative numbers. The full range is 1/12th to 3999999 and 11/12ths. In the case of division, answers will be rounded as required.
Convert back to non-Roman feature (The equals 0-9 button at the bottom right).
Keyboard entry for entering normal 0-9 numbers for conversion if required (bottom left button).
Memory buttons, useful for keeping track of tallys, work much the same way as any calculator.
This may well be an app you never knew you never needed.
And "No!", 99 in Roman numerals is not IC (one less than 100), it is 90 (XC) + 9 (IV), that is XCIV. The app will not tolerate incorrectly entered numerals.
The app will however allow the alternative roman convention of writing 4 as IIII instead of IV. The app will automatically shorten IIII to IV, XXXX to XL etc when it is entered.
Some prior knowledge of roman numerals is recomended to get the most out of this app.
