Instructions:
Draw cards from the shuffled deck and place them on a 4x4 grid. Kings must be placed on the corner spaces. Queens must be placed on the left or right side of the 2 middle rows. Jacks must be placed at the top or bottom of the middle 2 columns. Other cards can be placed on any free space. Continue to place cards until the grid of 16 cards is full. When the grid is full, any card with a value of 10 can be removed and any pair of cards whose value adds up to 10 may be removed (Ace + 9, 2 + 8, 3 + 7, 4 + 6 and 5 + 5). Kings, Queens and Jacks must not be removed. When there is at least 1 space available, cards may continue to be drawn from the shuffled deck and placed on the grid.
Aim of the game:
Place all the picture cards to form a Royal Border and win the game.
All 4 Kings on the corners.
All 4 Queens in the sides.
All 4 Jacks at the top and bottom.
Game over:
If you draw a picture card that cannot be placed, you are defeated. Game over.
